Effective date: September 22, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of FileReady.ca.
By accessing or using this website or submitting information through the FileReady early-access waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
1. About FileReady.ca
FileReady is developing web-based administrative workflow software for mortgage teams.
FileReady is designed to help mortgage teams coordinate approved document requests with clients’ outside professionals and track the status of those requests.
FileReady is not a mortgage brokerage, lender, underwriting service, document-verification service, legal service, accounting service, or tax service.
FileReady does not provide mortgage approval advice, lender recommendations, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
FileReady does not upload, collect, store, verify, review, or approve mortgage documents.
2. Current website purpose
The current FileReady.ca website is primarily informational and provides an early-access waitlist.
The website does not constitute the full FileReady software service and does not create a brokerage subscription, paid account, client file, or other software-service relationship.
3. Early-access waitlist
Joining the FileReady waitlist expresses your interest in hearing about FileReady early access.
Joining the waitlist does not:
- guarantee access to FileReady;
- guarantee a particular launch date;
- guarantee participation in a pilot;
- guarantee pricing or future commercial terms;
- create a purchase obligation;
- create a software subscription; or
- guarantee that FileReady will be suitable for your organization.
FileReady may open access gradually, limit the number of early participants, change timing, or decide not to offer access to a particular applicant.
4. Information you submit
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide.
Do not submit:
- client mortgage documents;
- financial documents;
- client banking information;
- Social Insurance Numbers;
- mortgage-file contents;
- passwords or credentials; or
- other sensitive client information
through the public waitlist form or general FileReady email addresses.
The public waitlist is intended to collect business contact and early-access information only.

We may restrict or block activity that threatens the security, availability, or proper operation of the website.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, FileReady.ca and its website content, branding, designs, graphics, text, software, demonstrations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to FileReady.
FileReady, FileReady.ca, the FileReady maple-leaf branding, and associated branding may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used to suggest affiliation or endorsement without permission.
You may view and use the website for ordinary business evaluation of FileReady.
7. Demonstrations and examples
Interactive product demonstrations, sample screens, names, file details, statuses, and other examples shown on FileReady.ca are illustrative unless otherwise stated.
They are intended to demonstrate the proposed FileReady workflow and should not be treated as real mortgage files, professional advice, or promises about a particular mortgage transaction.

FileReady does not control outside professionals and cannot guarantee that an accountant, lawyer, bookkeeper, employer, or other professional will respond to a request within a particular period or at all.
FileReady does not guarantee mortgage approval, funding, closing, document acceptance, or any other mortgage outcome.
10. Third-party services
FileReady.ca relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers.
